1. Do you deliver? 

Yes, we do deliver within Metro Manila areas from Monday to Saturday (except holidays).

 

2. How much is the delivery fee? 

We have a flat rate delivery fee of P150 within Metro Manila areas. 

 

3. Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, you may select "pick up" option upon checkout. Pick up location is at 2486 Taft Avenue Pasay City (Pin: PBCOM Libertad Pasay Branch).

 

4. Can I choose the delivery date and time?

Yes, you may select your preferred delivery date upon checkout. If you have a specific time requested, you may indicate it on the order notes. 

 

5. What is the lead time for orders?

We request atleast 1 day lead time for orders with 1pm cut-off. All orders received beyond the cut-off will the processed the following day.

 

6. Do you have a minimum purchase amount? 

A minimum of P500 is required for delivery transactions.

 

7. How do I store Kumori baked goods?

For breads, it is best consumed within the day of purchase but it can be stored in the chiller up to 2 days. For cakes, you may store it in the chiller for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to 7 days. For pastries, you may store it in the chiller for 2-3 days.
